Open Target LLC ("Open Target," "we," "us," or "our") operates opentarget.co and related digital products (the "Site" and "Services"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

- Billing and shipping information, and order history (processed via our payment processor — see Section 4)
- Any messages or info you send us via email or contact forms

- IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and time on site
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3)
We do not knowingly collect government ID numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never touch our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Fulfill orders and deliver digital products
- Send transactional emails (receipts, delivery of purchased content, account/service notices)
- Send marketing emails (newsletters, promotions) — only if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe anytime
- Improve the Site and understand how visitors use it (analytics)

4. Third-Party Services We Use
We share data with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to operate the business:
- Email marketing — Klaviyo, Mailchimp
- Web analytics — Google Analytics (GA4)
- Payments/checkout — Stripe / PayPal / Shopify (whichever you use)
- Advertising/retargeting — Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Scheduling & CRM — HubSpot (meeting booking and contact management)
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and only for the purposes we've authorized (sending emails, processing payments, measuring/serving ads, etc.).
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information for money. We do share data with the service providers listed above, and depending on state law, use of advertising pixels may be classified as "sharing" for cross-context targeted advertising. You can opt out — see Section 7.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale of assets).
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal/tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
7. Your Rights & Choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any email, or by contacting us.
- Opt out of interest-based ads via Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, or optout.aboutads.info.
- California residents and residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others) may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale/sharing/targeted advertising regarding their personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
- Do Not Track: we do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Visitors
Our Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your country.
